Organizers of Solfest have released a second tranche of fan show tickets following strong initial sales, offering music enthusiasts another opportunity to secure entry to one of the region’s largest live entertainment gatherings.

The additional inventory, available through official online ticketing channels, includes both standard and premium access packages. Promoters have urged early purchases, citing historically rapid sell-outs as the event’s popularity expands across Kenya and neighboring markets.

Founded by Kenyan Afro-pop group Sauti Sol, the multi-day festival has evolved into a key platform for African music and cultural exchange, drawing thousands of attendees annually. The fan show — traditionally among the most anticipated segments — is expected to anchor the program’s performance lineup.

Programming typically spans Afro-pop, R&B, hip-hop and Afro-fusion, pairing headline acts with emerging talent in a format designed to broaden audience demographics and industry exposure. Previous editions have underscored the festival’s role in elevating local artists while strengthening Kenya’s live-music economy.

Attendance has risen steadily in recent years, reflecting both growing regional demand for large-scale cultural events and Solfest’s positioning as a marquee fixture on the East African entertainment calendar. Organizers say the latest ticket release is aimed at accommodating heightened interest ahead of the 2026 edition.

With momentum building, Solfest is poised to deliver another cycle of high-profile performances and cultural showcases, reinforcing its status as a flagship celebration of contemporary African music.
