France based cosmetic company Yves Rocher has opened its new store at The Hub in Karen in a move set to target the Kenyan middle class population. The store is the cosmetic giant’s fourth in Kenya.
The company known for its botanical beauty products, will be selling its brands at The Hub store with the cheapest going for Ksh500, Yves Rocher says.
Yves Rocher is also known for its Face Care products and brands itself as an inescapable place for women committed to plants and beauty.
Performing the functions of botanist, harvester, manufacturer and retailer, Yves Rocher says that it is in control of the entire life cycle of its products, “from the plant to the skin.”
The company was first set up by Mr. Yves Rocher in 1959 in Brittany, France. Mr. Yves Rocher first developed plant-based beauty products in the attic of his family home in La Gacilly, which then became his first laboratory.

The cosmetic giant first set up shop in Kenya in 2016 and has since opened stores at Village Market in Gigiri and at Westgate Mall in Westlands. The brand has also recently opened an outlet at Junction Mall.
