MultiC**ice Nakuru Branch Revam*** To Enhance Services

Nakuru City is the latest beneficiary of a new MultiC**ice Kenya branch which w*** serve both DStv and GOtv custo**** within the region. The revam*** branch located on the first floor of Masters Plaza on Kenyatta Avenue in Nakuru CBD w*** now offer custo**** a more comfortable and modern facility from which they can access sales and aftersales services.

Speaking d****g the launch, the acting County Executive Committee Member for Trade, Tourism, Industry, Marketing and Cooperatives, Francis Mwangi said the county appreciated increased investment by MultiC**ice Kenya within Nakuru County.  “This is a s**w of trust by a multinational like MultiC**ice and we w*** continue to support the company to operate optimally and improve our existing partnership,” said Mr Mwangi.

He said the operation w*** provide employment to a number of people including installers, customer service agents and ******s within the city and its environs. “We look for***d to the opening of more branches in other parts of the city to serve more custo**** and to support trade operations within Nakuru county as a w**le,” he added

The MultiC**ice Kenya Nakuru branch w*** serve residents of Nakuru town, Naivasha, Solai, Rongai, Molo, Elburgon, Njoro, Longonot and Maai Mahiu in collaboration with ******s and service partners and accredited installers located in the areas outside the CBD.

“The revamp of the Nakuru branch was necessary to standardize the operations of our business and democratize service to our custo**** in the region,” said Ms Nancy Matimu, MultiC**ice Kenya Managing Director. “Nakuru Branch w*** now serve as a one-stop s**p experience for our DStv and GOtv custo****.”

The modern and advanced digital infrastructure that has been kitted within this facility s**uld give custo**** the optimal, premium service and allow them to enjoy the unlimited entertainment on offer with minimal interruptions.

Additionally, the Nakuru branch w*** allow both residential and commercial custo**** to receive a range of services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics and purchases, customer care support, soft***e upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services and purchase of accessories among others.

The Nakuru branch is among the 10 MultiC**ice Kenya branches across the country. MultiC**ice Kenya also has branches at Capital Centre branch, Greenspan Mall, Sarit Centre Mall and Junction Mall within Nairobi, with one branch located in Nyeri, Mombasa, Ongata Rongai, Kisumu, Eldoret respectively. Nakuru branch w*** open daily from 8am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends and 9am to 5pm on public **lidays.

MultiC**ice Kenya also serves its custo**** via a network of over 2,000 trade partner community comprising dealers, service agents and accredited installers across the country.
