Buru buru painter wins electronics worth Ksh500,000 in SportyBet contest

Valentine’s Day has come early for Evans Onyango, who won electronics goods worth Ksh 500,000 in the inaugural Reindeer contest by SportyBet Kenya.

The 30 year old painter based in Buru Buru scooped the top prize after interacting the most with SportyBet Kenya social media pages, liking and tagging friends in the month long contest.

Overwhelmed by joy, the father of two thanked SportyBet saying that he will use these electronics to turnaround his family social economic status.

“First of all, I want to thank God for this win. I will plan with my family on how to use these equipment to earn a decent living,” said Mr Onyango.

Some of the electronics won included LED TV, home theatre, gas cooker, washing machine, portable refrigerator, air conditioner unit, motorcycle among others.

While lifting some of the electronics won, randomly, Onyango encouraged others to participate in SportyBet Kenya activities terming them as legitimate.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, SportyBet Kenya boss asked sports enthusiasts to take advantage of multiple bonuses and competitive odds on the platform so as to experience the best gaming in the country.

“This is a give back initiative that rewards social media users who interact and network with our brand. We give electronics to winners to unlock their entrepreneurial potentials,” he said.

The month long contest is part of the gaming firm’s social corporate responsibility that seeks provoke entrepreneurial spirit among the youths population on social media who interact with the brand.

SportyBet is a glocalized sports gaming platform that operates in multiple locations across the world.
