Award-winning artist Rihanna made a comeback to the scene on Thursday when she performed at her 5th annual Diamond Ball, benefiting The Clara Lionel Foundation.
For the prestigious affair, Rihanna wore a black Givenchy Haute Couture mermaid gown that hugged all her curves, which were on full display as she walked the red carpet and performed onstage with fellow musician Pharrel.
However, her dressing was not os importance to the fans that had gathered to see her perform live on stage. Everyone was focused on her stomach which kind of showed a baby bump.
The video of her performance quickly spread on social media with fans convinced that the 31-year-old is indeed expecting a child. Another video that’s keeping the rumour mill spinning was taken during an interview with Rihanna on the red carpet.
While speaking to Essence Magazine, Rihanna spoke on the importance of being true to herself and how the women in her life have shaped her.
“I am a black woman. I come from a black woman, who came from a black woman, who came from a black woman and I’m gonna give birth to a black woman.”
Men who have always crushed on the singer were not happy on hearing the rumours. Most of them took to social media to express their disbelief in the news.
This isn’t the first time Rihanna has faced pregnancy speculation. Back in 2017, fans were convinced the star was expecting shortly after she started dating her current boyfriend, billionaire Hassan Jamal.
