Safaricom Senior Manager : M-PESA Digital Financial Services Evolution/Strategic Partnerships Evaline Momanyi has been appointed a board member to the Africa Advisory Board of Save the Children UK.

An excited Momanyi took to Instagram to break the good news. This is what she posted.

Hi guys. I am so excited to share with you that I have been appointed as Board Member to the Africa Advisory Board of Save the Children UK.???? If you follow my posts, you must have got to understand i have deep passion for totos and giving back….it is thus so natural for me to take up such a role. I can’t wait to share with you more about what @savechildrenuk and @savethechildren_kenya are doing. ? On the several meetings we’ve had…amazing stuff! And honestly….the stories are both heartbreaking but also powerful vibes of people who want to make a difference in the lives of children. It is our responsibility to ensure we provide a good environment for kids to grow and thrive….do we even understand whats happening to kids especially in marginalised areas in Kenya? I cant wait to share with you more on the work being done…..and how everyone can play a role. It’s time to see how we can help the deprived and marginalized children in our country? Momanyi is married to Paul Ndichu, a brother to the husband of media personality Janet Mbugua and they have one child.

She promises to use her new role to provide a good environment for kids to grow and thrive especially those in marginalised areas.

She has previously worked at Chase Bank as Senior Manager – Digital Banking/Financial Services (Consumer Banking – Retail and SME), Project Team Member – Business Development at Sema Financial Services and Business Analyst – Demand and Operational Planning Manager – Market and Strategy at Telkom Kenya, among others.
