CFAO Mobility Kenya has handed over 32 Sinotruk-NX prime movers to Africa Global Logistics (AGL), strengthening a partnership that has lasted for over 10 years.

The trucks are set to support AGL’s logistics operations across Kenya and the wider East African region, providing higher payload capacity, improved fuel efficiency, and reduced downtime, critical factors for long-haul and heavy-duty transport.

Speaking during the handover, CFAO Mobility Kenya Managing Director Arvinder Reel highlighted the long-term nature of the partnership.

“Our partnership with Africa Global Logistics goes beyond transactions. Today’s handover reflects our confidence and shared focus on reliability, efficiency, and service excellence,” Reel said.

Adding;

“Sinotruk by CFAO is proud to support AGL’s operations with trucks that are built to perform, and with aftersales support that ensures uptime wherever their business takes them.”

The Sinotruk-NX prime movers are specifically designed to handle the demands of long-distance transport. They combine performance, fuel efficiency, safety features, and driver comfort.

AGL will also have access to CFAO Mobility’s nationwide service centres, trained technicians, and genuine spare parts, ensuring fleet uptime and smooth operations.

AGL Kenya Country Managing Director Martin Mwangi said the investment is part of the company’s long-term strategy to expand capacity, support its workforce, and improve customer service.

“This fleet expansion strengthens our ability to support trade, create employment, and deliver integrated logistics solutions while advancing safer and more sustainable operations,” Mwangi said.

The handover comes amid growing demand for reliable logistics services in Kenya and the region, driven by expanding trade, construction, and industrial activity.

Industry experts note that investments in modern, high-capacity fleets are critical to maintaining efficiency, reducing operational costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods across the country and neighbouring markets.
