Enwealth Financial Services, a leader in promoting financial wellness, has handed 40 bright and needy students scholarships worth Ksh2 million for their secondary school education.
Through its Corporate Social Investment arm, Enwealth Foundation, the financial services firm, announced it will spend KSh2 million in 2025, with each student receiving a maximum KSh 50,000 annually. This reflects Enwealth’s unwavering commitment to empowering young men and women’s futures through education.
The scholarship program is part of Enwealth Foundation’s ongoing mission to uplift communities through education. It has cumulatively sponsored over 400 students, the majority of whom have successfully transitioned to universities and are now part of the Kenyan workforce. Over the past 13 years, the Enwealth Foundation has disbursed more than KSh 60 million towards this cause, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder academic excellence.

“At Enwealth, we believe that education is the foundation for a brighter, more secure financial future. By supporting bright and needy students, we are not just paying school fees but investing in future leaders who will drive economic growth and community development,” Mr Monyoncho stated.
The scholarship program is one of the key pillars of Enwealth Foundation, which focuses on giving back to the community. Other pillars include:-
- Housing:The Foundation focuses on setting up dignified housing for vulnerable community members who face inadequate living conditions. In addition to constructing new homes, the program renovates existing structures to ensure beneficiaries live in safe, comfortable, and respectable environments.
- Healthcare: The healthcare pillar is committed to ensuring that vulnerable community members receive the care and attention they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives through funding healthcare for the elderly and addressing their medical needs.
- Missions and Outreach:In line with the company’s foundational Christian principles, the missions and outreach pillar aim to touch lives by supporting and funding evangelism ministries. Through these efforts, the Foundation builds stronger, spiritually grounded communities by promoting values of compassion, generosity, and faith.
