Family Bank has been awarded for excellence in customer responsiveness at the Innovation and Excellence Awards East Africa during the 11th edition of the Connected Banking Summit.

Family Bank was recognized for its commitment to customer experience in the ever-evolving digital landscape and also its pioneering efforts in setting new standards for continued customer satisfaction.

“Our customers are at the centre of our growth and we are committed to identifying with and meeting their evolving needs through innovative products and refining our services to best serve their evolving needs,” said Family Bank CEO Nancy Njau.

“This award therefore validates our customer-centric philosophy which has evolved to meet the demands of this technology-driven age, from seamless online banking platforms to cutting-edge mobile applications and personalized in-person customer interactions.”

The Innovation and Excellence Awards East Africa are organized by the International Centre for Strategic Alliances to recognise individuals and organizations at the forefront of banking innovation and excellence, paving the way for a more inclusive, efficient and secure banking future.

This accolade comes after the Bank was voted the third-best bank overall and the best tier-two bank in Customer Experience for the fourth year running in the Kenya Bankers Association 2023 survey.
