Popular radio presenter and actor Nick Ndeda has officially joined state-owned broadcaster KBC. He will host the all-new Breakfast Club on the English service.
The morning radio show will air on weekdays from 6.00 am to 9.00 am. Ndeda confirmed his return to the airwaves on Friday, June 24.
“Justin Bieber taught me to never say never 😋 so, here we go! This time we doing it for the country!” he shared on Twitter.
Ndeda left Radio Africa Group-owned Kíss FM in January 2021 after two years at the station. There, he hosted the evening drive show with Lynda Nyangweso.
Prior to his stint at Kíss, he spent seven years at X FM, the now-defunct rock and roll station which was also under the Radio Africa Group banner.

Over the years, he has built up a large following of loyal fans who enjoy his conversations and playlists. KBC, which has struggled to keep up with private sector players, will be hoping that his star power helps drive up ratings.
Ndeda’s announcement of his return to radio was met with a flood of excited responses from fans stating that they looked forward to his on-air comeback.
Besides radio, Ndeda has acted in various movies and shows including Shuga, Higher Learning and 18 Hours.
He has also hosted a number of TV shows and in 2020 won a Kalasha award for his work as host of The Great Kenyan Bake Off which aired on KTN.
Alongside Remmy Majala, Ndeda also hosted Whats Good Africa, an entertainment and urban culture show produced by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Revolt TV.
