Ropem Telcom, the smartphones and electronics dealer, has re-opened its upgraded Nakuru branch. Located at Baraka Plaza -along Kenyatta Avenue, the revamped store has a modern look, an improved layout, and an enhanced shopping experience.

For over a decade, Ropem Telcom has been at the forefront of providing authentic devices at competitive prices. The Nakuru store relaunch is part of the company’s ongoing expansion and modernisation strategy, aimed at meeting the growing demand for quality tech products across Kenya. This marks there 27th outlet.

“Safaricom is committed to transforming lives by bringing services, products, and convenience closer to our customers. This partnership with Ropem in Nakuru is another step towards enabling seamless payments and empowering our customers to do what they need with ease,” said Mr. Martin Chere Safaricom Chief Channels officer

Speaking at the event, Mr. James Karanja, Managing Director of Ropem Telcom said, “We are delighted to be here today, re-opening this upgraded facility. The Nakuru branch has been redesigned to meet the evolving needs of customers, offering a more convenient and interactive environment. With a spacious and modern layout, shoppers can now easily explore a wide selection of the latest smartphones, accessories, and electronic devices, all under one roof.”

James added, “The re-designed shop also comes with knowledgeable staff who will be on hand to offer tailored advice, and End-to end Safaricom services helping our customers make informed choices and find the best mobile solutions for their daily needs.”

James acknowledged current financial challenges but Ropem would soon be launching its  own exclusive device financing option that will make it easier for customers to access the latest smartphones on credit. “This deal will allow customers to own the latest smartphones with zero upfront payment and flexible installment plans. A great deal for the people of Nakuru,” he said.
