Radisson Hotel Group has opened Radisson Blu Resort Mosi-oa-Tunya in Livingstone, Zambia – the first Radisson Resort in Zambia.
Radisson Blu Resort Mosi-oa-Tunya, Livingstone, Zambia is located in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Parkand just a 15-minute drive from Livingstone’s Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport, 5km south of the historic city of Livingstone, and 4km northwest of the Victoria Falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world and a UNESCO world heritage site.
The resort comprises a contemporary 174-room main hotel and 26 luxurious villas. The resort has a bespoke all-day restaurant and a coffee bar. Facilities include a fitness centre, spa, and swimming pool. Additionally, guests can also gather around the outdoor boma and firepit.
The hotel is also an ideal setting for events and meetings, including a ballroom of over 500sqm, boardrooms, and meeting rooms, perfect for leisure and business use.
Radisson Blu Resort Mosi-oa-Tunya is also right next door to Safari Par Excellence, giving guests the chance to immerse themselves in unique on and off-the-river adventure activities, from Victoria Falls bridge activities, water rafting, canoeing and game drives to helicopter rides, river cruises, and elephant encounters.
The hotel has obtained the EDGE green building certification. It has also signed the UNESCO Sustainable Tourism Pledge, becoming a best practice in implementing Radisson Hotel Group’s leading Responsible Business program.
