Mantrac Kenya has launched a new customer loyalty program, “Advantage,” coinciding with the 100th anniversary of Caterpillar’s dealership presence in the country. The initiative aims to reward customers for their spending on Caterpillar equipment, parts, and services.
The program operates on a points-based system, where customers earn points with each purchase. These points can be redeemed for various benefits, including parts, service support, extended warranties, and equipment attachments. Customers can also use points for Cat merchandise and subscriptions to digital services like VisionLink and Condition Monitoring.
Program Structure and Incentives
To accelerate point accumulation, Mantrac has integrated several incentives. Customers receive a 50% bonus on points for transactions made through Parts.Cat.Com or on service jobs. Additional monthly accelerators are available for customers who connect over 60% of their Cat fleet via ProductLink and consistently log into VisionLink. The program also features seasonal promotions for extra rewards.

According to Mantrac Kenya’s Managing Director, Mohamed Ibrahim, the program is a way of “showing gratitude to our customers who have stood with Caterpillar and Mantrac over the years.” The initiative seeks to provide “tangible value” that customers can reinvest in their businesses.
Sean Watson, Head of Commerce and Value Stream at Mantrac Group, highlighted the program’s dual purpose: recognizing customer loyalty while also promoting digital adoption. He noted that the blend of rewards and technology is designed to help customers “maximise efficiency.”
All current Mantrac customers have been automatically enrolled in the program, which is now active. The system includes loyalty tiers from Bronze to Platinum, with each level unlocking additional benefits and discounts.
