Superior Homes Kenya PLC has launched Sunset Creek Kilifi, a master-planned residential estate offering serviced ¼-acre plots in a serene gated estate next to Mandharini Resort in Kilifi.

The master-planned development, valued at approximately Ksh 1 billion, is strategically located just 3KM off the Malindi-Mombasa Highway and 10KM from Kilifi town.

Its mid-lying location, equidistant between Mombasa and Malindi, offers residents convenient access to the country’s top towns, tourist destinations, and coastal leisure activities with scenic views over the Kilifi Creek. The launch of Sunset Creek builds on the success of Pazuri at Vipingo, another Superior Homes development within Kilifi County, whose strong market performance and demand for high-quality coastal homes have driven continued investment in the region.

The self-build plots at Pazuri, Vipingo are fully sold out. During the launch, Superior Homes Kenya Managing Director Ian Henderson mentioned that the project reflects the company’s commitment to building quality and sustainable communities that promote better living across Kenya.

“Sunset Creek Kilifi is for the homeowner and investor who wants to own the tranquility of the Coast without sacrificing on quality or accessibility. Our vision is to provide a secure, well-planned community where families can build their dream homes in the coast,” he stated.

Sunset Creek Kilifi will come serviced with key infrastructure including access roads, power, water, and drainage systems. The gated community will also feature communal areas, convenience shops, and essential amenities to enhance comfort and community living. With its blend of natural beauty, accessibility, and thoughtful infrastructure, Sunset Creek Kilifi provides an ideal setting for holiday homes, retirement living, or long-term investment.
