* Must be 18 years old and above
* Publish from a Facebook page or professional mode for private profiles
* Must have at least 5,000 followers on your private Facebook profile or 10,000 followers on a Facebook page
* Must be maintaining five active videos on your page or profile
* On your video content on your Facebook profile, you must have generated a minimum of 60,000 total minutes viewed in the last 60 days from organic followers or 600,000 viewed minutes within the same time for a Facebook page
* You must be in a country that is eligible for Facebook in-stream ads or Ads on Facebook Reels – Kenya qualifies
* You must pass and remain compliant with Facebook’s Partner Monetisation Policies and Content Monetisation Policies
How much can you earn from Facebook in Kenya?
For live and on-demand videos, the rates start at about $0.01-0.02 per view – this means the more viewers that seek out your content, the more payouts you receive – and you could pocket up to $20 for every 1,000 views.
