Over business lunch, the restaurant rotates 360 degrees to give a view of Nairobi City.
That is exactly what Swiss hotel Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi is offering, after the hotelier launched a Business Lunch at the Hotel’s rotating restaurant to cater to the business public looking into an ideal space for client engagements.
Located at Westlands, Nairobi, the rotating restaurant known as The View is situated on the 24th floor of the Hotel’s facility.
Mövenpick Hotel says this move is a bid to reach a wider target audience and to further cater to corporations that are looking for a good dining experience.
“We are delighted to be launching Business Lunch at the View as we have an opportunity to differentiate our offering by capitalising on the unique aspects of our signature revolving restaurant which offers 360-degree panoramic views and mouthwatering Swiss cuisine,” said General Manager Andreas Flückiger.
The Business Lunch is available on weekdays from Tuesday to Friday. Offerings include two-course and three-course meals for lunch at 2,200 per person and 2,600 respectively from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts made its debut in Kenya in April on a property featuring 276 rooms, suites and residences.
Apart from the rotating restaurant The View, Mövenpick’s also offers Latino-themed cuisine at La Mesa; all-day dining venue Baluba, which showcases themed buffets and local produce; Kijani bar, which is next to the outdoor pool and offers cocktails and light snacks; and the lobby café presenting Mövenpick’s coffees, international teas and handcrafted cakes.
