Olympia Capital Holdings Limited, formerly known as Dunlop Kenya and composed of six firms operating in Kenya, Botswana and South Africa, has notified its shareholders, investors and the general public that the Group’s earnings for the financial year ended 28 February 2026 are expected to be significantly lower than those reported for the financial year ended 29 February 2025.

In a statement, the Olympia Capital Board said that based on the financial performance for the year ended 28th February 2026, profit attributable to shareholders of the Company declined than the previous financial year representing a decrease of more than 25%.

Olympia Capital attributes this reduction in profitability a decline in Group revenue; increased operating costs across the Group; and higher finance costs during the year.

Despite these challenges, the Olympia Capital Group remained profitable and recorded a positive profit after tax for the year ended 28 February 2026.

The listed firm advises its shareholders and investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until the full audited financial statements for the year ended 28th February 2026 have been published.

This profit warning has been issues in accordance with the Capital Markets (Public Offers, Listings and Disclosures) Regulations and the Nairobi Securities Exchange(NSE) Listing Requirements.
