On Saturday, 23rd November 2023, KBL revealed a stunning Christmas tree made of recycled spirit bottles at the Sarit Centre.

This innovative display is part of Rudisha, Kenya Breweries Limited’s flagship initiative that aims to run a sustainable glass collection Spirits business, shifting 100% from One Way to a Returnable Glass Model.

Through Rudisha KBL is contributing less to landfills and favourably positioning itself as an industry leader in proper waste management and the circular economy.

The event featured an engaging lineup of activities:

●  The Johnnie Walker team offered bottle engraving services, adding a personal touch to purchased bottles with attendee’s names or special messages.

●  Guests enjoyed a captivating saxophone performance by the talented George Njaramba, setting a festive mood.

●  A skilled mixologist served up signature cocktails, ensuring everyone experienced a taste of creativity and celebration.

Attendees also learned more about the impactful work of the Rudisha initiative, which showcases KBL’s commitment to sustainability during this festive season.
