Coca-Cola has launched the Coca-Cola Food Fest, a campaign aimed at engaging university students through culinary creativity, delivering a unique and magical experience.

Last weekend, the Freshers’ Night at Mount Kenya University was nothing short of spectacular! First-year students were welcomed in style, marking the start of their university journey with the vibrant Coca-Cola Food Fest.

Celebrity chef and fashion aficionado, Chef wa Easlando, showcased his culinary talents and engaged with students, giving them the opportunity to sample his dishes. Students also enjoyed pairing these dishes with a 200ml bottle of Coca-Cola, sold at an affordable price of just KSh 20.

Earlier this month, University of Nairobi students also had a taste of the Coca-Cola Food Fest during their Freshers’ Night, as they welcomed their first-year peers.

“The Coca-Cola Food Fest is more than just an event for sampling great food. It’s about creating lasting memories and providing students with experiences they can carry with them throughout their time at university. It’s a way for Coca-Cola to connect with its customers in meaningful ways, while also giving back to the local vendors,” said Monique Katana,Director, Frontline Marketing, Coca-Cola Kenya

The Coca-Cola Food Fest which ends in December, will light up Freshers’ Night at Moi University in Eldoret this weekend, followed by the Miss and Mister Maseno University and Kenyatta University pageant next month. In November, the festival will also stop at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and Egerton University’s Cultural Week.
