The Sportpesa Mega Jackpot has been won for the second time in Kenya by three lucky winners sharing equally the Sh111 million booty.
Florence Mochogu becomes the first woman to win a mega Sportpesa Jackpot after correctly predicting all the 17 games. Florence, a 60-year-old mother of six, is a primary school teacher from Nakuru County said to retire on 30th of next month.
She started betting in 2016 and had won several multi-bets before winning the mega prize.
The other winners are Daniel Rono, a businessman from Bomet County and Geoffrey Keitany, who works as a General Service Police Officer (GSU) in Mount Elgon who also correctly predicted all the games thus walking away with a whooping Ksh37 million each.

This big win comes barely two months after a lucky Kenyan Samuel Abisai pocketed Sh221 million, adding to the two others who had earlier shared a Sh 62 million Jackpot.
Speaking in Nairobi yesterday during the unveiling of the winners, SportPesa Assistant Marketing Manager Esther Kang’ethe said Sportpesa was willing to give financial advice to all its winners free of charge.
“We are ready to give them financial and legal advice to protect them from exploitation by unscrupulous people,” said Kangethe.
Sports betting has become popular in Kenya and the latest win will certainly stimulate interest among Kenyans in the sports betting industry.
