Nakuru City is the latest beneficiary of a new MultiChoice Kenya branch which will serve both DStv and GOtv customers within the region. The revamped branch located on the first floor of Masters Plaza on Kenyatta Avenue in Nakuru CBD will now offer customers a more comfortable and modern facility from which they can access sales and aftersales services.
Speaking during the launch, the acting County Executive Committee Member for Trade, Tourism, Industry, Marketing and Cooperatives, Francis Mwangi said the county appreciated increased investment by MultiChoice Kenya within Nakuru County. “This is a show of trust by a multinational like MultiChoice and we will continue to support the company to operate optimally and improve our existing partnership,” said Mr Mwangi.
He said the operation will provide employment to a number of people including installers, customer service agents and dealers within the city and its environs. “We look forward to the opening of more branches in other parts of the city to serve more customers and to support trade operations within Nakuru county as a whole,” he added
The MultiChoice Kenya Nakuru branch will serve residents of Nakuru town, Naivasha, Solai, Rongai, Molo, Elburgon, Njoro, Longonot and Maai Mahiu in collaboration with dealers and service partners

Additionally, the Nakuru branch will allow both residential and commercial customers to receive a range of services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics and purchases, customer care support, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services and purchase of accessories among others.
The Nakuru branch is among the 10 MultiChoice Kenya branches across the country.
