Kenyan Premier League defending champions Gor Mahia have been drawn with Egyptian Giants El Zamalek in group D of the tournament. Alongside Zamalek, K’Ogalo will also lock horns with Angola’s Atletico Petroleos and Algeria’s NA Hussein Dey.

Gor, who have qualified for the tournament two years in a row, will have a hard fixture against Zamalek who have made five appearances in the tournament lifting the cup once.

Atletico De Petroleos, who are currently 4th in their local league, have had a tremendous run in the CAF Confederation Cup qualification and will be a relatively hard fixture for K’Ogalo too. NA Hussein Dey are, however, struggling in Algeria’s Ligue 1 but having qualified for the Confederation Cup, they are not a side to disregard.

Group A: Hassania US Agadir (Morocco), AS Otoho d’Oyo (Congo), RS Berkane (Morocco), Raja Casablanca (Morocco)
Group B: Etoile du Sahel (Tunisia), Enugu Rangers (Nigeria), Salitas (Burkina Faso), CS Sfaxien (Tunisia)
