Fanaka Real Estate, a certified and award-winning real estate agency, will launch its independent philanthropic organization on Friday, 29thJuly at its main offices at Ruiru North Park Premier Hub.
The Fanaka Wema Foundation is a milestone for the real estate company that was founded in 2016 and sells prime plots in Ruiru-Kamakis, Juja Farm and along Kangundo Road in Kamulu, Joska and Malaa towns.
Through the foundation, Fanaka acts as agents of change, working with a wide range of partners to transform and improve the livelihoods of the community through education, well-being and community service.
“At Fanaka Wema Foundation, we pride ourselves in piloting significant change across our focus areas, as well as driving measurable impact through our partners across target communities in our society as a whole,” the director, Moses Muriithi says.
“We seek to promote broad-based participation/partnership with other institutions and/or donor organizations aimed at building sustainable communities and to provide innovative solutions to social, economic and environmental challenges. We believe in establishing connections with passionate organizations who are committed to making a significant impact in our society.”
