With stiff competition in the digital lending sector, customer service is held to high regard by the players in the market.

To promote it’s customer base and service, Digital lender Zenka Finance has announced the launch of a loyalty campaign in which they will honour loyal customers in the country with 40 smartphones. The campaign is open for every registered account, already existing or newly opened, to participate.

The campaign is pushed by the Digital lender’s celebrity brand ambassadors radio host Jalang’o and comedians Obina, YY, Desagu, Diana and MCA Tricky. The brand ambassadors have each been given a promo code to share with their fans.

Customers are encouraged to share the code with family and friends who are yet to sign up to Zenka. Every day, a customer with the most invitations of the Zenka celebrity promo code will be rewarded with a phone.

Every day, every celebrity will give out a brand-new smartphone to his/her fan, who managed to gather the highest number of invitations Follow your favorite celebrities on their social media handles or use one of these promo codes; DIANA, JALAS, MJ, MCA, SHITI, YY, DESAGU and MWAKI

“Getting smartphones is just a cherry on the cake, as every customer referring Zenka app to his/her friends will be rewarded with Ksh200 every time their friends apply and timely repay their first loans. Even if he/she doesn’t need a loan for themselves,” said Motanya, Zenka Finance CEO.

“What’s more, once five of your friends have repaid their loans on time, you can withdraw the money to your M-PESA,” he added.

Zenka has earned its reputation as a trusted and reliable partner for Kenyans in just 14 months. The brand went the extra mile on International Women’s Day as its brand ambassadors gave out flowers and shopping vouchers in honor of incredible women across select malls in Nairobi.

“At Zenka, we believe that it is important to celebrate our valued clients and give them a reason to do more business with us by creating the most rewarding experiences for them in line with our strategy to serve our clients in Kenya,’’ noted Motanya adding that the company is thrilled to launch the initiative which will run for the next six weeks.

Many digital lenders in the country have been struggling to get customers to pay their loans. Zenka is looking to promote the payment of loans by rewarding those who invite friends and family who will pay back the loans.

With over two million Kenyans already subscribed to its financial services, the lender is slowly rising up the ranks in the sector. Despite having come late into the market, the lender is slowly gaining Kenyans’ trust.
