Victor Bwire is is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Programmes Manager at the Media Council of Kenya. In addition to managing the programmes portfolio at the Council, he runs trainings on safety and protection of journalists, specialised reporting and emerging issues in the media in Kenya and the East and Great Horn of Africa.
