A power bank has become one of the most efficient ways to keep Android devices powered as they run out of charge very fast considering. The power bank in many cases enables the user to have an uninterrupted power flow. There are, however, various considerations to make before purchasing a power bank. The following are some of the considerations:

Capacity: The main attribute of a power bank lies in its capacity, and this is measured using Milli Amphere Hour denoted as mah. This corresponds to the battery capacity of the Android phone. The rule of thumb is that if the user has a 1500 Mah battery the corresponding power bank should have 1500 Milli Ampheres. This helps to charge up the battery at one go. The output voltage should match the phone battery.

USB Charging: USB ports have become a necessity in today’s world. This is so since the USB cable and port is a standard device that is compatible with all modern electronics. Most power banks today have USB chargers, but few models have a permanent connector which may not be suitable in some circumstances. A USB cable provides a flexible way of charging and storing the power bank. The buyer should also check on a power bank that contains multiple USB ports. This enables the user to charge more than one device.

Portability: The ideal power bank should be light and sleek. The weight of the power bank is also a point to consider because you will be carrying it around.

Charging speed: One the most irritating things about charging a phone is the time it takes to fill up the battery. There are few power banks that can help boost the time taken to charge up a battery. An example is the Simpiz I Tron uses DUBI 1.0 technology to fill up its own 9000 mah battery in less than 18 minutes and charges up to 5 mobile phones in five minutes. (source KTS)
