Phone and tablet maker Infinix Mobility has announced a new android-operated smartphone to the Kenyan market. Hot Note x551 comes with two-day battery life and super-fast charge.
The Infinix Hot Note is backed by a 4000mAh battery with fast charging mode, which means that 20 minutes of charge allows you up to seven hours performance.
The phone will retail at in introductory price of Kshs 9,999 and comes in sleek design with a metallic finishing. It has a 5.5 inch HD display coupled with a camera to serve multimedia and connectivity easy.

The Infinix Hot Note is a superior alternative to entry level smartphones in Kenya and will provide users with a better experience at an incredible price,” noted Infinix Mobility co-founder Mr Benjamin Jiang.
The new Infinix phone runs on the latest Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) operating system, providing users with enhanced sharing, syncing and visual features. The device is powered by 1.4 GHz mediatek Octacore processor. The phone comes with an 8MP main camera and an advanced image sensor, allowing users to capture HD video at 30 frames per second (FPS).
There is also a 2MP front camera with support for 75% wide angle shooting for the selfie lovers. The Hot Note x551 device supports dual SIM with both supporting 2G/3G and has an internal memory of 16GB. Equipped with new security features, the Hot Note is able to check all incoming programmes for your device hence protecting itself from malware and viruses that may be found in unscreened apps.
