Home Afrika on Saturday handed over the first phase of the completed cottages and apartments named Mitini Scapes to their owners.
Speaking during the ceremony in Kiambu County, Home Afrika CEO Njoroge Ng’ang’a expressed said the four-year journey of development has been successful. “It has been a huge sacrifice to get to this place and so, we are incredibly happy,” said Mr Njoroge.
He briefed investors present on the future plans of Migaa Development. “Migaa will be a chief-d’oeuvre of real estate development owing to the fact that it will provide the ultimate backdrop for an extraordinary and affordable quality of life with the theme ‘Live-Work-Play.”
Many social amenity services have been incorporated ranging from schools, hospitals, sports facilities and restaurants. “There are outstanding array of amenities such as running track, an 18-hole golf course, shopping malls, kindergartens and schools,” he said.
Under the ‘Go County’ strategy, Migaa has ongoing estate developments in Kisumu and Kwale counties, according to Steve Kagume, Migaa estates head of projects.
Home Afrika boasts of partnerships from various outlets like Wadi Degla, an Egyptian Company that seeks to join hands in improving the real estate investment into Kenya. The company has a total of 128 members and close to 8,000 shareholders.
A group of Cardial-Metabolic doctors have also partnered with Home Afrika to put up a hospital within the estate. Ksh22 million has been injected into the project by Wadi Degla Group to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of all the golf courses in the area.
