More than 100 human resource heads and practitioners from the East African region will meet in Nairobi in April to discuss emerging trends in the market. The three-day conference, to be held on April 22-24 is expected to provide a platform to feature the latest innovation, strategies, insights and international best practices by the most influential and respected HR leaders and practitioners in East Africa.
Some of the key topics to be discussed at the conference dubbed High end solutions to typical and modern HR issues include; succession, business continuity and contingency planning, how to make organizations fit for the future and how human resource can effectively influence institutional culture as a means to improve business results. The delegates will be drawn from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Zambia and Burundi.
